Does StickHawk buy clubs?
No, we do not buy clubs at this time.
Can a person visit the StickHawk office in person?
Unfortunately, at this time StickHawk is not able to have visitors in to peruse inventory or pick-up purchases in person. We operate out of a warehouse that isn't zoned for retail but a retail store may be on the horizon, check back often for updates.

How does a person initiate a return?
You can send an email to orders@stickhawk.com outlining your issue and our representative will walk you through process.
When is my order going to ship?
We operate Monday through Friday not including holidays. If an order is placed before noon on a business day, it will likely be shipped out that same day. If the order is placed after noon, the order will be processed and shipped out the next business day. We do our best to process and ship orders as fast as we can and we rarely make mistakes. But when we do, we do whatever we can to rectify the situation. If you feel like there is an issue, send us an email and we can figure it out.
Where can I find tracking information?
Tracking information is created as soon as we process the order and create a shipping label, when that happens you should receive an email that contains the tracking information. Also, if you created an account, you can log in and see the status of your order on the My Account page.
