We offer free shipping on all domestic orders unless expedited shipping has been selected. All orders will be sent via UPS Ground. Shipping will take 2-6 business days depending on your location with up to 24 hours on handling time. All shipments will have tracking information sent to you by email. If you have not received your items after the seventh business day, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inquire with the carrier on your behalf. Also, please note that we cannot process orders with Post Office Box addresses and we are not able to ship anywhere outside the lower 48 states in the continental U.S. *Please note all expedited service orders must be paid in full before 10:00am EST in order for that shipment to be processed on the same day. If not fully paid, the order will ship on the following business day. Estimated delivery dates for products shipped via expedited shipping options (Next Day, 2nd Day Air and express services) are shown in numbers of business days, not calendar days. Such shipments are not delivered on Saturdays or Sundays, but will instead be delivered during the following work week.
StickHawk Return Policy
-Returns are accepted within 14 days of order delivery. Once a return request is placed we will reach out to you with instructions for the return and provide you with a return label if necessary.
-If the item arrived damaged please let us know immediately and we will either issue you a full refund or find a solution that works best for you.
-Returns shipped back to us in the SAME CONDITION they were shipped out in, will be accepted, and refunded in full minus our restocking fee.
-Returns shipped back to us in a DIFFERENT CONDITION than they were shipped out in, will be subject to a deduction in the refund amount in addition to our restocking fee. (Any deductions in the refund amount will be assessed at our discretion)

- Single Clubs - $9.99
- Pairs or Small Sets - $14.99
- Club Sets - $19.99
- Bags - $49.99
To create a return request you must be logged into the account that you made the order then click on "My Account" and under the status of an Order Item click on "Return Items?" From there you will fill out a brief form and await instructions.
If you checked out as a guest you will have to email email@example.com to initiate a return request.
