Used Golf Clubs in Cincinnati: Best Places to Find Them
Posted by Shayla Burke on Jan 16, 2026
We’re here to help you find the equipment you need for your next time on the tee in Cincy!
Cincinnati, Ohio, a big city that feels like an intimate hometown where you can get from point A to point B without getting lost. You’ve got a bit of everything here, there’s great sightseeing and tourist opportunities like the Cincinnati Art Museum, Great American Ball Park, and Roebling Suspension Bridge; as well as Findlay Market and Music Hall. But we aren’t here for tours, what we actually are here for is golf.
The “Great Parks of Hamilton County offers six public golf courses in the Cincinnati area,” which are all run by PGA officials. There are other golfing opportunities besides those six of course, as you’ll find thirty more in/near the city. Locals recommend The Golf Club at Stonelick Hills (which is a bit on the pricey side but well worth it) and Blue Ash Golf Course is well maintained but offers a challenge.
Though we can’t truly test our mettle without the right equipment, that’s why we’re taking a look at the best places for used golf clubs in Cincinnati.
Stick Hawk
Get used golf clubs of any kind and type and brand shipped to you in Cincinnati for free!

|
Our story is a simple one, what started out as a side-venture in the highs and lows of selling shoes on eBay, has now turned around to be a business with 20 full-time employees, a 15,000 square foot warehouse, and relationships with private golf courses all over the U.S. At StickHawk you can make your putting dreams come true as we sell quality drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, iron sets, single irons, wedges, putters, complete club sets for those who need the basics to play today, and accessories. We want to match you with the gold club(s) of your dreams. You can take our “Club Decider Quiz,” which is clickable on the bottom right hand side of our website, and it will help you decide the exact right make and models you need to feel good while you’re on the course. |

Looking for Complete Club Sets? StickHawk has a selection of full sets for you to browse through. We consider a “full set” to “include more than two types of clubs (a driver, a hybrid, and a couple irons could be counted as a complete set).” Get your golfing journey started right at StickHawk.
One aspect, amongst many, that makes us stand out from the crowd is our fast and reliable shipping. There’s no need to worry about finding the right club and then not getting it in time to go on the greens. We want you to get out and play just as much as you do, that’s why we offer free shipping on all domestic orders, (unless you choose expedited shipping at checkout). Nothing says better golf like better savings!

Golf Exchange
An Ohio and Kentucky-based golf chain that has a great selection of clubs, balls, bags and more!
In the past when we’ve dove deep into different cities looking for the best places for used golf clubs we have encountered a few chains that are based in one or two states and it seems to us that we have come across something similar here with Golf Exchange. This Ohio and Kentucky-based golf chain has made quite the name for itself with six locations available for all Buckeyes and Kentuckians to shop at.
Now each store has their own team so your experience may vary store-to-store but from the reviews on each being 4.7+ stars on each is nothing to snap at. There are four locations in Ohio, two in the Cincinnati area, and two locations in Kentucky currently. Since we are talking about Cincinnati only today it makes sense that we talk about the Kenwood and Eastgate stores respectively since those are the closest to you.
First up we have Kenwood:
8118 Montgomery Rd | Cincinnati | https://golfexchange.com
⭐Google Rating: 4.7 stars out of 5 via 91 reviews
⭐Yelp Rating: 3.6 stars out of 5 via 15 reviews
Golf Exchange stores have a myriad of services going for them so you won’t be high and left out to dry when you go to one or the other. You can schedule a fitting, get one of your old favorite clubs repaired, or, and you might find this the most useful to your query: the Used Club Trade-In Program. The team there will "assess the condition and value of the clubs,” to determine if they are a good enough fit to trade-in, once that’s settled you will be able to get store credit to buy whatever you want from any Golf Exchange location.
|
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Google Review from User “rtuchfarber” of Golf Exchange - Kenwood: “I’ve been going to Golf Exchange in Kenwood for years, and it continues to be my go-to shop for anything golf-related. The team is incredibly knowledgeable—whether it’s equipment, technology, or fittings, they know their stuff and always take the time to explain things clearly. The customer service is top-notch. Everyone is friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on helping you find what works best for your game.” |
|
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Google Review from Ryan C. of Golf Exchange - Kenwood: “Wow! What a special experience! Liam is a 10 out of 10! My son is a new golfer and Liam was patient, knowledgeable and extremely generous to us. He went above and beyond to make my son’s first set of clubs a memorable experience. I highly recommend this store for new and used clubs…for beginners to experts…..with exceptional customer service! I came a 2nd time years later and John Chambers was exceptional as well. Helped me with my wedges and was honest about what I needed and didn’t need. This place is AMAZING!!!!” |
Next we have Eastgate:

4450 Eastgate S Dr | Cincinnati | golfexchange.com
⭐Google Rating: 4.7 stars out of 5 via 68 reviews
⭐Yelp Rating: 4.4 stars out of 5 via 8 reviews
Now you’ll find that most Golf Exchange stores will be pretty similar to each other and offer the same select services, so no matter if you go to the one in Kenwood or this one in Eastgate, you’ll be able to utilize the Used Club Trade-In Program. However, since each store is different you might have better luck finding the used club(s) you want. They also sell golf balls, bags, shoes, accessories, apparel, and electronics to help your game as well.
Both the Kenwood and Eastgate Golf Exchange stores are open Monday through Friday 10:00am to 8:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 6:00, and Sunday 11:00am to 6:00pm.

|
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Google Review from Nate of Golf Exchange - Eastgate: “I've stopped here a couple of times and finally bought a few used clubs today. The staff were super friendly / accommodating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Google Review from Silas S. of Play It Again Sports - Cincinnati, OH: “Plenty of sports supplies for a wide variety of sports. Obviously it’s mostly used stuff, so it is pretty cheap, although in some cases there will be new things: skateboards, baseballs, baseball mitts, mouth guards, hockey sticks and maybe more? Great store for cheap sports equipment!! Tho baseball in the photo was “used” but like new and cost 1.49 I believe!” |
|
⭐⭐⭐⭐Google Review from user “NORTHBROOK1978” of Play It Again Sports - Cincinnati, OH: “I've gotten some great golf clubs. Saves a little money. It's nice you have a few days to bring them back if you don't like them. I stop in every few weeks on my lunch break just to get out of the building. This location gives you rewards. I get $10 off all the time.” |
Mega Golf Center
A small business that has select golf services and sells new and used golf equipment in Clermont County!

2235 Bauer Rd | Batavia | megagolfcenteroh.com
⭐Google Rating: 4.6 stars out of 5 via 63 reviews
And finally we have Mega Golf Center, another small business this time located in Batavia in Clermont County at one section in East Fork State Park. Now from the looks of it you'd think it’s just a golf shop with classic equipment and services but it actually couples as a driving range! That’s right, you can purchase the clubs you need and test their…drive out on the range so you know you got what you needed. Also at Mega Golf Center they offer lessons, fittings, repairs, and a wide range of both new and used golf equipment. They are open Monday through Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm, and are closed on Sunday.
|
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Google Review from Rob D. of Mega Golf Center: “Mega Golf is the place to go when you need clubs. Greg checked my son’s swing and recommended what clubs to consider. We went out back and hit some balls at there range. Greg then gave us a great price on some clubs. We will definitely go back again.” |
|
⭐⭐⭐⭐Google Review from Aaron W. of Mega Golf Center: “The fellas in the store are nice as can be but the driving range conditions are lacking to say the least. The rubber tees on the mats are all the exact same length. There’s never enough so if there are more than 2 people on the mats, sorry bout your luck. I prefer to hit off the grass, unfortunately the grass poorly kept. And most importantly the balls are mostly all damaged. Last time I was there I would say 30-40% of my balls were damaged and I don’t mean small scuffs. We’re talking been run over by a lawnmower and then we’re put back in the machine for someone to use.” |
With lots of mom and pop shops and small businesses you’ll be able to find used golf clubs pretty quickly but if you don’t have any luck out on the road check out StickHawk for anything else you could need.
