Bettinardi Putters

The Bettinardi putters have storied roots. Putter manufacturing done before 1991 was primarily done in two parts. The head and the neck were milled separately and then welded together. At the time, Robert Bettinardi owned and ran his own manufacturing facility with CNC machines where he milled parts for hydraulic and communications companies. Robert saw a poster for Callaway putters milled with a hand operated milling machine and he knew he could do it better. He reached out to Callaway in 1991 and for the next two years he milled their putter heads. The golf world took notice, Scotty Cameron came to him in 1993 and had all of his putters milled by him until 1998. In 1998 Robert decided to start his own company, and Bettinardi was born. Today the "B" and the honeycomb milling pattern on the face are instantly recognizable on a putter. They are synonymous with precision and quality. If you want a top tier putter, a Bettinardi is a very good choice.
