Located off of 8003 State Rd 580 in the Bella Brazil Market is T&D Golf Shop, a family owned and operated golf shop that’s been a favorite here amongst the community since the 80s. This highly rated spot has and does everything a well sought after golf shop should have. 

Have a broken club that needs repaired? T&D has knowledgeable people to help you. They also do regrips as well as other maintenance requests. Plus if you’re looking to trade-in your golf clubs for something a bit more your speed, you can take a look through their inventory of both new and used golf clubs from brands you know well. 

T&D Golf Shop is open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am to 1:00pm, and are closed on Sundays.

GlobalGolf is one of WorldWide’s smallest as they have two operating locations, one in Raleigh, North Carolina, and the one we’re talking about today in Tampa. Here you will be able to find everything you need to make your game yours. 

They have clubs of all types, brands, and conditions: certified pre-owned, used, new, mint, custom- you name it, they got it. Plus they also have some for the lefties and juniors as well as club components in case you need something to add to one of your own clubs at home. But the fun doesn’t stop there, no, the GlobalGolf Outlet has apparel, balls, shoes, tech, and accessories for you to browse through. Come in and see their inventory Monday through Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Sunday 11:00am to 5:00pm.

We’re headed to Pinellas County to visit Bay Golf Exchange, a small golf shop that is packed full with new and used golf equipment including, of course, golf clubs. Locally owned, this place may have flown under your radar before today as they are relatively new opening up in 2020, but prepare to find your next “go-to” spot as their vast inventory includes Iron Sets, Wood Sets, Drivers, Hybrids, Single Irons, Woods, Wedges, Putters, Vintage Clubs to add to your display collection, Golf Bags, Club Components, Pull-Carts, and more. 

Plus if you need something regripped they also offer that service as well as timely delivery from their store through their eBay page, they are one of the site’s “most reputable sellers.” Bay Golf Exchange is open Monday at 11:30am to 7:00pm, Tuesday through Thursday 11:00am to 7:00pm, Friday 12:00pm to 6:00pm, Saturday 11:00am to 2:30pm, and is closed on Sunday.

If you are a thrifting aficionado then you might have heard of the franchise that includes: Plato’s Closet, Once Upon a Child, Style Encore, and Music Go Around which are all resale shops that specialize in clothing and musical instruments. Well there is another shop in their repertoire and it is Play It Again Sports which buys and sells all kinds of sporting equipment including golf clubs, bags, and more. 

The owner is a Tampa native so they will be able to point you to different local spots should you be looking for other places to visit while you’re in town golfing. This Play It Again Sports is located near South Tampa at the Britton Plaza and is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10:00am to 8:00pm, Wednesday 10:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 7:00pm, and Sunday 11:00am to 5:00pm.
