If you’re visiting Arizona for family, a much needed vacation, or because you know what a lucrative golf town it is then you might not be as familiar with Van’s Golf Shops than Scottsdale natives so let us introduce you two.

Van’s Golf Shops is a small chain of eight located all throughout Arizona and is owned by Worldwide Golf, one of the biggest businesses in golf retail.

Their Scottsdale location is right across the way from Towne Center shopping mall and all within you can enjoy Full Service Club Repair, an Indoor Putting Green, Launch Monitor Club Fitting Technology, Golf Club Rentals, and of course on the floor sales of everything from used golf clubs to apparel. This Van’s Golf Shop is open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm.

We’re moving closer to Phoenix for this one, a quick drive from Lookout Mountain Golf Club is Jerry’s Golf Store - Buy used golf balls. It’s in the name, but their biggest driving force isn’t their clubs or any accessories attached to the sport of golf, rather the balls are where it’s at.

They have multiple shelves full of premium golf balls on sale from anywhere from 80 cents to a $1.25+ a ball or you can get a dozen for a deal. 

But fear not! There are clubs as well, maybe not as many clubs as you’ll find in other stores, but a decent selection. They also have golf bags, tees, grips, gloves, ball markers, and other products you might need for a day out exploring Scottsdale’s many courses. Jerry’s Golf Store is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday 8:00pm to 2:00pm, and is closed on Sunday.

I also play the exact same ball every shot, so I'm not wondering what ball I played, when you are relegated to "searching". Although the actual business of Arizona Golf Works has been set up for thirty years now, the team behind the building has “over 60 years of combined” experience in golf which means if you’re looking to get started or hone your skill then you can't go wrong here.

Arizona Golf Works sells both new and used golf clubs, golf bags, golf balls, gloves, and hats from the brands you know best. Along with their retail store they also have a full-service repair shop and in-store golf simulator for optional fittings. You can find Arizona Golf Works in Tempe and they are open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 2:00pm, and are closed on Sundays.
