We’ve Found the Best Used Drivers for Under $200
Posted by Shayla Burke on May 08, 2026
Drivers are often a recurring point of discussion for golfers of all calibers. Some find that starting with them can lead you to wanting to quit before you really start to get good, while others are in love with how they feel in their hands as they swing and watch that ball fly far. Drivers, like all clubs in golf, take some getting used to, especially when you watch others play with them whether on the greens or on TV. You see them deliver distances you can only dream of so when you get one in your hands you obviously want to be able to do the same.
But there’s a learning curve and we are on the side of the fence that says to not go running to your fairway woods or irons the second you don’t swing the way you want to with your driver. Finding and picking the right driver can take some time, but once you get your groove on, you’ll never want to go back; and there are some truly incredible used golf drivers out there that will feel like they’ve always been in your bag all while not breaking the bank. We’re on the look out for the best used drivers for under $200 so you can get good at one of the most fun parts of golf: swinging hard and watching your ball soar.
But why are we the ones qualified to answer your club questions? Well if you haven’t heard of us yet then let us have the pleasure of introducing you to what we do best:

|
Our story is a simple one, what started out as a side-venture in the highs and lows of selling shoes on eBay, has now turned around to be a business with 20 full-time employees, a 15,000 square foot warehouse, and relationships with private golf courses all over the U.S. At StickHawk you can make your putting dreams come true as we sell quality drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, iron sets, single irons, wedges, putters, complete club sets for those who need the basics to play today, and accessories. We want to match you with the golf club(s) of your dreams. You can take our “Club Decider Quiz” and it will help you decide the exact right make and models you need to feel good while you’re on the course. |

We really care that you’re getting the right golf clubs, we don’t just sell to sell. We mentioned our “Find the right clubs” quiz- (which will either be as a “pop up” as you go onto our homepage or you will see it once you scroll down to the bottom of the screen and you’ll know you’re in the right place when you see our Hawk mascot holding gold clubs like a real player). The team has spent hours coming up with and designing the right questions to find you the golf clubs that’ll fit you at your skill level, and that includes finding the best used drivers for under $200.
In no particular order we have the:
?️TaylorMade M2:

We have more than a few TaylorMade M2’s in stock which you can view on our store page, but here’s one we’ll highlight for you now:

?️Mizuno ST-X 230:
The Mizuno ST-X 230’s are great for those looking for a real “classic” feel with their drivers, something that feels big and weight-y behind the ball both in look and sense. Offering control that might be missing from other drivers you’ve tried, this club feels good at address, with a high-spin rate you’ll notice your swings improve with each hole. By the time you make it to the end of the round you’ll find yourself closer to your own personal best in no time.
We have more than a few Mizuno ST-X 230’s in stock which you can view on our store page, but here’s one that’s under $200 we spotted:

?️Callaway Rogue ST Max:
Some golfers are brand loyalists and want to stick with what they believe is the very best. This is why we’re throwing love to Callaway, the famed golf-goer for many lists like this one. The Paradym X series is one that many recommended for “budget-firndly” drivers but it usually ranges just out of price range for this list ($250-$330 being the average in this line). But we didn’t want to leave Callaway off, so that’s why we’re going to the next-best for used: the Rogue ST Max.
This line has four models: Max D, Triple Diamond, LS, and the OG: ST Max. We like the ST MAX for its forgiveness and stability as you can hit off the face but still shoot where you need the ball to go.
It’s a very nice driver to hit with and we have a few Callaway Rogue ST Max’s in stock which you can view on our store page, but this one is right in our price range today:

A sleek design offers plenty of future usage out on the course.

Overall Condition: Used - Grade: 8 (Good)
?️Cobra AeroJet LS:
One of the many aspects we love about golf, besides that number one feeling of hitting a good ball or the sight of it finally getting in the hole, is the sound that emits from the club smacking the ball. The Cobra AeroJet line has some of the best-sounding drivers on the market and even though they are aesthetically pleasing to our ears, they also hit like one mother-effer if we do say so ourselves. Like the name suggests, we are impressed by the AeroJet’s speediness. It’s not for a newbie, as it’s a low spinning driver, but we think someone who’s had experience and wants to upgrade their current driver might have some fun with this one.
As with the previous clubs, we have a few of Cobra AeroJet LS’s in stock, but here’s one we’re going to highlight:

If you’ve put in the hours, then this one is gonna be your next favorite budget-buy!
This is the Cobra AeroJet LS Driver 10.5* Mitsubishi Chemical Kai'li White 60S Stiff RH HC which was $216.98 and is now $185.49. This club is pre-owned, has been hit with, and has marks on it from normal use, but is overall in good condition. Here are the specs:

- Shaft Flex: Stiff

?️Ping G400:
Ping has seen the insides of many pro golfer’s bags, especially in tournaments. This specific line, though on the older side, is still used in competitions today! Many try to choose between the LST and Max model in this specific line, but the G400 is the one that will give you the best of both worlds. You’ll like the speed, stability, and forgiveness of this bad boy guaranteed. No matter where on the face you hit, you’re gonna be looking at a shot right down the middle.
We have a few of Ping G400’s in stock, but here’s one we like in our current price range:

Easy to use and is a long-standing favorite amongst most golfers.
This is the Ping G400 3 Hybrid 19* Alta CB 70g Regular Graphite Mens RH
which was $229.99 and is now $142.59. This club is pre-owned, has been hit with, and has marks on it from normal use, but is overall in good condition. Here are the specs:

Offering great adjustments, any player no matter the skill level will enjoy hitting with this driver.
